采用粉末冶金方法制备医用Ti-Mo合金,通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜及力学性能测试等方法研究不同工艺参数对Ti-Mo合金孔隙率、物相、力学性能及断口形貌的影响规律。结果表明:Ti-Mo合金在烧结温度为1050℃时,可获得近β型钛合金。通过调整压制压力、烧结时间及Mo含量,以调节合金的孔隙率、α→β相变等,达到控制Ti-Mo合金的抗弯强度及弹性模量的目的。
The medical Ti-Mo alloy was prepared by powder metallurgy method. The influence of different technological parameters on the porosity, phase, mechanical properties and fracture morphology of Ti-Mo alloy was studied by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and mechanical properties testing. The results show that the near-type titanium alloy can be obtained when the sintering temperature of Ti-Mo alloy is 1050 ℃. By adjusting the pressing pressure, sintering time and Mo content, to adjust the porosity of the alloy, α → β phase transition, to achieve the purpose of controlling the flexural strength and elastic modulus Ti-Mo alloy.
