随着我国社会经济的不断发展,通信领域的发展也得到了显著提高。通信工程是研究信息传输和信号处理的工程,随着通信行业的飞速发展,以及成本管理方法的日趋成熟,通信工程中的成本管理已被越来越多的企业运用到日常工作管理当中。本文简要论述了进行通信成本管理的方法的背景和现状和对策,目的在于进一步提高企业管理水平,增强企业市场的竞争能力。通信工程和其他行业一样已经进入微利时代,要让企业实现可持续发展,苦练内功,向管理要效益,特别是通讯工程狠抓成本管理,无疑是很重要的一环。
With the continuous development of our country’s social economy, the development in the field of communications has also been significantly improved. Communication engineering is a project to study information transmission and signal processing. With the rapid development of communication industry and the maturity of cost management methods, cost management in communication engineering has been applied to daily work management by more and more enterprises. This article briefly discusses the background and status quo and countermeasures of the communication cost management method. The purpose is to further improve the management level of the enterprise and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise market. As in other industries, communications engineering has entered a period of meager profit. It is undoubtedly an important part of enabling enterprises to achieve sustainable development, practicing internal strength, and benefiting from management. In particular, communication engineering should pay close attention to cost management.
