1999年1月25日,中国海洋石油总公司领导班子换届以后的第一次工作会议在湛江召开.党组书记、总经理卫留成主持会议,总公司领导戴焕栋、高怀忠、蒋龙生、姜英成、龚再升、茹克,高级顾问陈炳骞、唐振华,地区公司、专业公司及总公司机关各部门主要领导近百人出席会议.国家石油化学工业局局长李勇武及国家经贸委、石化局有关部门领导,国务院稽查办部级稽查员闫敦实及派驻总公司的全体稽查员,总公司的前几任老领导秦文彩、钟一鸣、王彦、赵声振、尤德华等应邀出席.
On January 25, 1999, the first working meeting of CNOOC leadership after its general election was held in Zhanjiang, where the party secretary and general manager Wei Liucheng presided over the meeting. Dai Huanong, Gao Huaizhong, Jiang Longsheng, Jiang Yingcheng, Gong Zaisheng, Nearly 100 Chinese and Russian leaders attended the conference including Li Bingwu, director of the State Petrochemical Industry Bureau, leaders of relevant departments of the State Economic and Trade Commission, the Bureau of Petrochemical Industry, and the ministry-level inspection department of the State Council Inspector Yan Dunshi and all inspectors stationed in the head office of the Company and former chief leaders Qin Wencai, Zhong Yiming, Wang Yan, Zhao Shengzhen and You Dehua were invited to attend.
