肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)在女性生殖内分泌系统作为激素调节肽已有不少报道,它刺激垂体细胞释放促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、生长激素(GH)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)和泌乳素(PRL),抑制蜕膜细胞PRL的释放和mRNA表达.本研究测定了服用米非司酮100mg 48h后做人工流产的早孕妇女血浆、蜕膜和绒毛组织中的TNF-α和PRL水平,以探讨TNF-α和PRL在米非司酮抗早孕过程中的作用及其之间的相互关系.
Tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) has been reported as a hormone-regulating peptide in the female reproductive and endocrine system. It stimulates the release of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), growth hormone (GH), thyrotropin (TSH) and lactation (PRL) and inhibits the release of PRL and the mRNA expression of decidual cells.This study determined the levels of TNF-αand PRL in plasma, decidua and chorion of pregnant women who were induced abortion by taking mifepristone 100mg 48h, To investigate the role of TNF-α and PRL during mifepristone anti-early pregnancy and their relationship.
