对社区信息化评估指标体系的研究可以为社区信息化建设提供科学的衡量依据。提出了一套社区信息化评估指标体系,分别根据层次分析法原理研究了各个评价指标对于社区信息化发展水平的不同影响程度,并在东西部典型地区进行实证研究。研究结果表明,东西部地区的社区信息化建设具有较大的差异,从而为西部地区的社区信息化建设提供了现实的指导建议。
The research of community informatization evaluation index system can provide a scientific basis for community informatization construction. A set of index system of community informatization evaluation is put forward. According to the principle of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the different influence degree of each evaluation index on the development of community informatization is studied respectively, and the empirical research is carried out in typical areas of eastern and western regions. The results show that there are great differences in the informatization construction of communities in the eastern and western regions, thus providing realistic guidance for the construction of community informatization in the western regions.
