1981年4月至1994年5月,本院在21804例纤维胃镜检查中共发现十二指肠钩虫11例,约占0.05％。现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:11例中男8例,女3例,年龄48～73岁,农民。患者主以头昏乏力、纳差、呕吐及一般消化道症状就诊。体检均有程度不同贫血外观,其中1例女性49岁,心尖部有Ⅲ级收缩期杂音。余无其他阳性体征。本组病例血红蛋白41～77g/L,红细胞1.5～2.80×10~(12)/L,大便隐血试验(±)～((?))。拟诊胃癌4例,溃疡病出血5例,2例贫血原因待查。纤维胃镜系日本GIF～XQ20普通型。本组胃镜发现钩虫成虫即作粪常规集卵均查见钩虫卵。
