伴随我国社会的快速发展，社会对技能型人才需求的不断加大和重视，大学生思想政治教育已成为为社会输送高素质人才必需的素质能力。高职院校的思想政治理论课教学也应积极地为适应新形势下社会以及市场对人才的需求和要求的变化而做出与时俱进的改革，培养出更加符合现代社会主体要求的高素质技能人才。为此笔者依据多年对高职院校思想政治家与教学以及管理的理论总结和实践经验，对现代社会下的高职思想政治教学改革提出自己探索后的建设思路。“,”With the rapid development of our society, the social demand for skilled personnel and the increasing attention, the ideological and political education has become the transmission of high-quality talent required ability for the society.
