目的建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定维生素B6、维生素B1、盐酸四环素、甲氧苄啶的分析方法。方法采用C18柱,以己烷磺酸钠冰醋酸溶液(己烷磺酸钠0.941 g,加10 ml冰醋酸,加水200ml,振摇,使溶解,加水至1000 ml):甲醇:乙腈(25:8:5)为流动相,检测波长280 nm。结果线性范围分别是维生素B64.12~32.96μg/ml,r2=1;维生素B14.02~32.16μg/ml,r2=0.999 2;盐酸四环素80.44~643.52μg/ml,r2=1;甲氧苄啶32.12~256.96μg/ml,r2=1。回收率:维生素B699.7%;维生素B199.7%;盐酸四环素99.7%;甲氧苄啶99.8%。结论本方法分离度良好、快速、简便,适用于该制剂四组分同时测定。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of vitamin B6, vitamin B1, tetracycline hydrochloride and trimethoprim by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods C18 column was used. Sodium hexanesulfonate solution (sodium hexanesulfonate 0.941 g, 10 ml glacial acetic acid, 200 ml water, shaken, dissolved and added water to 1000 ml): methanol: acetonitrile (25: 8: 5) as the mobile phase, detection wavelength 280 nm. Results The linear range of vitamin B64.12 ~ 32.96μg / ml, r2 = 1; vitamin B14.02 ~ 32.16μg / ml, r2 = 0.999 2; tetracycline hydrochloride 80.44 ~ 643.52μg / ml, r2 = 1; 32.12 ~ 256.96μg / ml, r2 = 1. Recovery rate: Vitamin B699.7%; Vitamin B199.7%; Tetracycline hydrochloride 99.7%; Trimethoprim 99.8%. Conclusion The method has good resolution, is fast and simple, and suitable for simultaneous determination of the four components of the preparation.
