21世纪城市发展正朝着和谐城市方向前行,和谐城市是和谐社会的重要组成部分。和谐城市的建设涉及政治、经济和文化等各个方面,庞杂而系统,这就要求我们党和政府在城市管理中合理运用各种资源和手段,其中营建良好的法治环境并依法行政是建设和谐城市的重要途径和有力保障,也是建设和谐城市的本质要求。在此试对依法行政与和谐城市建设的辩证关系进行论述,并从依法行政的角度对建设和谐城市提出若干具体的措施。
Urban development in the 21st century is moving in the direction of a harmonious city. A harmonious city is an important part of a harmonious society. The construction of a harmonious city involves various aspects such as politics, economy and culture, which are complicated and systematic. This requires that our party and government make rational use of various resources and means in urban management. This article attempts to discuss the dialectical relationship between administration by law and construction of a harmonious city, and proposes some concrete measures for building a harmonious city from the perspective of administration by law.
