民间投资对促进社会主义市场经济的不断发展起到了重要作用,但其仍在市场准入、投资环境、自身素质等方面受到制约。为此,应积极采取更新观念、实现政府管理体制的真正转变等措施,为民间投资创造良好的环境。
Private investment has played an important role in promoting the continuous development of the socialist market economy, but it is still constrained by market access, investment environment and its own quality. To this end, we should actively adopt such measures as updating concepts and realizing the real transformation of the government management system so as to create a favorable environment for private investment.
