十八站林业局,为促进林业生产力的发展,在体制改革上进行了一系列试验和探索,并在技术改革、经济体制改革和管理体制改革方面取得较大的突破。全局三十三个联合作业组同采运公司签订了长达八年的经济承包合同书,机械设备有偿转让给承包组,取消了工段、林场和车队,节约投资一千多万元。两年来的实践证明,他们的改革是成功的。我们选择他们的经验,作为本刊今年的开篇文章,奉献给读者,旨在改革洪流中推波助澜。同时祝愿各林业企业,能从自己实际情况出发,因地制宜地、创造性地进行改革,在1985年取得更大的成就。
In order to promote the development of forestry productivity, eighteen forestry bureaus have carried out a series of experiments and exploration on system reform and made great breakthroughs in technical reform, economic system reform and management system reform. A total of 33 joint operation groups signed a contract of economic contract with the shipping company for up to eight years. The machinery and equipment were transferred to the contractor for compensation and the sections, forestry farms and convoys were canceled. The investment was saved by over 10 million yuan. Two years of practice have proved that their reforms have been successful.
