建筑施工业作为我国城市经济体制改革的先行者,率先承担了体制变革带来的种种成本,目前已是市场化程度最高的行业之一。改革开放以来,我国建筑施工行业开始真正意义地参与国际工程承包市场业务,目前,施工承包商足迹已遍及一百多个国家和地区,不仅对外承包工程范围不断拓宽,运作形式也已从劳务分包为主向项目总承包方式转变。
