我院是牡丹江市九所市级医院中的一所规模较大的三级甲等医院,前身是牡丹江铁路分局医院,创建与1946年,2003年与铁路系统脱离归属于牡丹江医学院成为其第二附属医院,是一所集医疗、教学、科研、预防保健、急诊急救于一体的三级综合性医院。由于既往为铁路系统医院,服务对象相对较窄;改制后,面向全市开放,患者较前明显增加。配备有一辆救护车,出诊医护人员由急诊科承担,年接诊患者600余次,我院的120急救系统同时也纳入了市级120指挥系统统一调动,在近几年来院前急诊急救出诊过程中所遇到的一些情况讨论如下。
