根据生产的实际情况和采用新技术的需要,鞍钢决定在第二炼钢厂建一台小方坯连铸机。近几年来鞍钢自用、外拨小方坯的规格以90×90毫米为主,加之考虑到经济效益,因此,拟建的小方坯连铸机应主要生产90×90毫米的小方坯。自1980年以来,我国从西德德马克公司先后引进多台小方坯连铸机,这些铸机已在昆钢、天钢、三明钢厂、马钢投产或试车。昆钢、天钢的生产实践证明,生产90×90毫米小方坯是可行的。
Anshan Iron and Steel decided to build a small billet caster at No.2 Steel Works based on the actual production and the need to adopt new technologies. In recent years, Anshan Iron and Steel for their own use, out of the specifications of the billet to 90 × 90 mm, combined with taking into account the economic benefits, therefore, the proposed billet caster should mainly produce 90 × 90 mm billet. Since 1980, China has introduced several small billet caster machines from West Demark Company. These caster machines have been put into operation or commissioned at Kunming Steel Works, Tian Steel, Sanming Steel Works and Masteel. Kunming Steel, Tiangang steel production proved that the production of 90 × 90 mm billet is feasible.
