WWW has become the world’s largest source of information because the information on the Web uses the same language HyperTextMarkupLanguage (HTML is the so-called hypertext language). Originally proposed by high-energy physicists at CERN (CERN) in 1989, the HTML language soon became a standard that allowed for the rapid diversification of information resources previously scattered around the world
