舞蹈是一种身体艺术,通过扭动身体,可以无声地向人们展现出各种情绪和呈现完整的故事。舞蹈起源于原始社会。那时,人们没有完善的语言,也还没有创造出文字,所以,只能通过身体语言来表达和传递自己的想法。后来,人们开始模仿动物的动作,比如:孔雀、仙鹤。久而久之,形成了多元化的舞蹈类型。而舞蹈创作手法是创作舞蹈的一种方法,编导们把简单的动作进行系统的整合最终呈现出一套完整的舞蹈。
