我国目前建筑能耗约占全社会整体能耗30%左右,近几年比例不断上升;对比国外发达国家经验,建筑能耗占全社会能耗可达35%以上;城镇化进程和工业结构调整会进一步提升建筑耗能比例。建筑能耗加剧的多种压力并存,未来十年建筑节能领域仍然大有可为。
