目的确定2000-师型野战医疗箱组内固定减震装置的设计构想,开展相关研制工作。方法分析野战医疗箱组存在的问题、野战卫生装备的设计要求、电子仪器的包装要求和包装材料特性,选择适宜的材料和方法。结果内固定减震装置采用局部缓冲包装法设计,实验材料为聚乙烯泡沫、聚丙烯泡沫、EVA泡沫,通过跌落试验、振动试验验证减震和固定效果。结论 2000-师型野战医疗箱组内固定减震装置的设计构想具有充分的可行性。
Objective To determine the design concept of fixed shock absorption device in 2000- type field medical kit and carry out related research work. Methods To analyze the existing problems in field medical box set, the design requirements of field health equipment, the packaging requirements of electronic instruments and the characteristics of packaging materials, and select the appropriate materials and methods. Results The internal cushioning device was designed by partial cushion packaging. The experimental materials were polyethylene foam, polypropylene foam and EVA foam. Vibration reduction and fixation were verified by drop test and vibration test. Conclusion The design concept of the internal damping device in the 2000- type field medical kit is fully feasible.
