本文提出了考虑轴承间隙的齿轮动力分析方法。本方法基于运动学与动力学的相互依存关系上,在轴承与轴颈相互接触时,此种依存关系是起主导作用的。接触模型被简化为轴承偏心矢量与接触点的轴承法向力必须在同一条直线上。分析本身主要依靠确定瞬时间隙角(轴承偏心矢量角)。间隙角控制方程用接触点位置的几何约束及速比导出。为说明此方法,分析了一个具有两个轴承旋转间隙(revolute clearanee)的刚性直齿轮作为例子。
This paper presents a gear dynamic analysis method considering bearing clearance. This method is based on the interdependencies of kinematics and dynamics, and this dependence plays a dominant role when bearings and journals touch each other. The contact model is simplified so that the eccentric bearing of the bearing must be in the same straight line as the bearing normal force of the contact point. The analysis itself relies mainly on determining the instantaneous clearance angle (bearing eccentric vector angle). The clearance angle control equation is derived from the geometry constraints and speed ratios of the contact points. To illustrate this method, an example was given of a rigid spur gear with two revolute clearants.
