近两年来,我们开展了有关氨基酸地球化学方面的研究,在研究过程中,就用气相色谱法测定沉积岩中个别氨基酸的有关问题也进行了研究和探讨。本试验是根据李任佛、林大兴同志工作的基础上进一步改进的。①对离子交换柱的有关性能作了大量的对比试验,为拟定)脱盐步骤提供依据;②对氨基酸的酯化、酰化反应的有关条件进行了试验,提出了改进意见;③通过固定液对氨基酸衍生物的分离情况的对比试验,上海试剂总厂生产的己二酸新戍醇聚酯(NGA)
In the past two years, we have carried out the research on the amino acid geochemistry.
