近年来,公司团委志愿者工作取得了长足的发展,但也普遍存在缺乏员工认知、载体形式少、缺乏长效性和专业性、队伍建设不稳定等的问题,为推动公司志愿者工作的可持续发展,必须建立起完善的志愿者人员资料库,建立志愿者招募、考核和激励机制,建立志愿者学习和培训机制,打造“中策青年”服务品牌,进一步规范志愿者工作,为志愿者工作的长效性夯实基础。
