金针菇一般在气温10℃左右及其他适宜环境条件下,子实体才能正常发育,属低温型食用菌.栽培季节局限于冬季,周年性工厂化生产,需要安装制冷设备.为了延长栽培季节,降低制冷成本,培养出中温型菌株,我们以福建三明1号和日本为亲本.采用有性杂交,辐射处理等技术,经反复筛选,培养出中温型白金针菇菌株取第四代茵株作为研究对象,对菌株的生长条件,形态特征,产量性状作了研究,现报道如下:
