南京市化工园区幼儿园与外界交流较少,教师专业化程度较低,企业幼儿园教师职业倦怠感严重,民办幼儿园教师专业不成熟且流动性较大。近几年,幼儿教育事业得到高度重视,郊区幼儿教师急需提升自身专业水平,从“经验型”教师向“研究型”教师转变,同时,要规划互动研究的主题目标。对一线教师参与的“园际互动”研究进行分析反思是郊区幼儿园走出教师专业成长困境的有效之道。

Kindergarten teachers in suburban areas are in urgent need of upgrading their professional level, changing from “experienced ” teachers to “research-based ” teachers. At the same time, the theme of interactive research should be planned. Reflecting on the “inter-school interaction” research conducted by front-line teachers is an effective way to get rid of out-of-school teachers’ professional growth in suburban kindergartens.
