目的 ::研究DYS19基因座在中国北方汉族、维吾尔族、哈萨克族群体中的遗传多态性及其法医学应用。方法 :应用聚合酶链反应后变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离扩增产物结合银染显带的方法 ,对 10 1例北方汉族、5 6例维吾尔族、30例哈萨克族无关男性个体的DYS19基因座进行检测。结果 :DYS19基因座在 3个群体中共检出 5种等位基因 ,等位基因频率分布范围分别为 0 .0 6 9~ 0 .5 94 ,0 .0 71~ 0 .5 0 0 ,0 .10 0~ 0 .6 6 7;个人识别机率分别为 0 .6 0 0 ,0 .6 75 ,0 .4 91。χ2 检验表明等位基因分布具有明显的人群差异。家系调查符合单体父系遗传方式。结论 :DYS19基因座个人识别机率高 ,属较高鉴别能力的遗传标记系统 ,且具有明显的人群分布差异 ,在法医学及人类遗传学研究中具有重要的应用价值
Objective :: To study the genetic polymorphisms of DYS19 locus in Han, Uighur and Kazak ethnic groups in northern China and its forensic application. Methods: Polymerase chain reaction-denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to separate the amplified product from the silver-stained bands. The DYS19 gene of 10 1 Northern Hans, 56 Uygur and 30 Kazakh unrelated male individuals Block for testing. Results: Five alleles were found in the three populations of DYS19 locus. The frequency distribution of alleles ranged from 0.069 to 0.594, from 0.071 to 0.500, respectively. 10 0 ~ 0. 6 6 7; personal identification probability were 0.660, 0.676, 0.419. The χ2 test showed that there was a significant population difference in allele distribution. Pedigree investigation in line with the single parent genetic mode. Conclusion: The DYS19 locus has a high probability of personal identification, which is a genetic marker system with high discrimination ability and has obvious population distribution differences. It has important application value in forensic and human genetics research
