新的历史时期下,传统能源领域的煤矿受到了来自新兴经济与清洁能源等的多方挑战。煤矿不仅需要在生产经营环节积极探索发展出路,同样需要在党建思政领域通过创新实现工作模式的优化。本文通过分析煤矿党建思想政治工作的常见问题,阐释了优化创新煤矿党建思想政治工作的原则,并就具体的优化创新举措提出了若干建设性意见。
In the new historical period, the coal mines in the traditional energy sector are challenged by many challenges from emerging economies and clean energy. Coal mines not only need to actively explore and develop their own way in the production and operation sectors, but also need to optimize their working models through innovation in the field of party building and ideological and political work. By analyzing the common problems in ideological and political work of party building in coal mines, this paper expounds the principles of optimizing and innovating the ideological and political work of party building in coal mines and puts forward some constructive suggestions on specific measures for optimizing and innovating.
