电子政务为政府、民众服务,既要求相当的保密性,又要求一定的公开度(透明度),这就给电子政务的安全性提出了更高的要求。我们有必要认真地分析其中的安全风险,并采取相应的安全措施。
E-government serves the government and the public. It not only requires considerable confidentiality but also requires a certain degree of transparency (transparency), which puts higher demands on the security of e-government.
