目的:探讨丹皮酚(Paeonol)对实验性高脂血症大鼠的体质量、血脂和血糖的影响。方法:将70只幼龄SD大鼠随机分为6组,即正常对照组、高脂模型组、丹皮酚干预组(高、中、低剂量)和安慰剂对照组,高脂饲料喂养建立高脂血症大鼠模型。分别于4、8、12 w检测大鼠的体质量变化及血清中血脂(TC、TG、VLDL)和血糖的水平。结果:与正常对照组比较,高脂模型组大鼠体质量及血清中TC、TG、VLDL和血糖均显著升高(P<0.05);与高脂模型组比较,丹皮酚各剂量组大鼠体质量及血清中TC、TG、VLDL、血糖均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:丹皮酚能降低高脂血症大鼠体质量、血脂(TC、TG、VLDL)和血糖,其作用呈一定的剂量依赖性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Paeonol on body weight, blood lipid and blood sugar in experimental hyperlipidemic rats. Methods: Seventy young SD rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group, high fat model group, paeonol intervention group (high, medium and low doses) and placebo control group, and high fat diet Hyperlipidemia rat model. At 4, 8, and 12 weeks, the changes of body weight and serum lipids (TC, TG, VLDL) and blood glucose levels were detected. Results: Compared with the normal control group, body weight, serum TC, TG, VLDL and blood glucose in the model group were significantly increased (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, The weight of rats and serum TC, TG, VLDL and blood glucose were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Paeonol can reduce body weight, blood lipid (TC, TG, VLDL) and blood glucose in hyperlipidemic rats in a dose-dependent manner.
