宁溃灵是治疗消化性溃疡的有效方剂 ,具有稳急止痛 ,理气消胀 ,健脾和胃 ,生肌愈疡的功效。我们的试验表明 :宁溃灵的最大给药量为 1 1 7.7g/kg/d(生药 ) ,相当于人日用量的 2 74.62倍。宁溃灵对醋酸形成的慢性胃溃疡大鼠 ,可显著的促进胃溃疡的愈合 ,并可降低其升高的胃蛋白酶活性。宁溃灵有轻微的促进胃肠运动作用 ,可轻微的加快小鼠对碳墨的推进速度。宁溃灵对由冰醋酸导致的腹痛 (扭体反应 )有明显的抑制作用 ,对热刺激引起的疼痛 (小鼠甩尾反应 )有抑制作用。
Ning gui ling is an effective prescription for the treatment of peptic ulcers. It has the functions of stable analgesia, qi qi swelling, spleen and stomach, and myogenic ulcer. Our test showed that the maximum dose of Ning’s ulcer was 1 1 7.7g/kg/d (crude drug), which was equivalent to 2 74.62 times of the daily dose. Ningkuiling can significantly promote the healing of gastric ulcer in rats with chronic gastric ulcer caused by acetic acid, and can reduce its elevated pepsin activity. Ning Kuiling has a slight role in promoting gastrointestinal motility, which can slightly accelerate mice’s advancement of carbon ink. Ninghouling has a significant inhibitory effect on abdominal pain (writhing) caused by glacial acetic acid, and it has an inhibitory effect on the pain caused by thermal stimulation (mice tail flick reaction).
