今年1月～9月,柳州市经济发展取得了近10年来的最好成绩。自治区“三突破”目标的提出给柳州市提出了新的更高的要求。“三突破”分解到柳州市的指标是：国内生产总值380亿元,财政收入67．2亿元,工业企业利润32亿元。这些指标分别占全区“三突破”任务的12．67％、16．8％和32％。我们认真研究了柳州当前的经济情况,有针对性地制定了完成“三突破”的六大措施。
January to September this year, Liuzhou economic development has made the best achievements in nearly 10 years. The proposed “three breakthroughs” in the autonomous region put forward new and higher requirements for Liuzhou City. The indicators of decomposition of “three breakthroughs” in Liuzhou are: 38 billion yuan of gross domestic product, 6.72 billion yuan of fiscal revenue, and 3.2 billion yuan of profit of industrial enterprises. These indicators accounted for 12.67%, 16.8% and 32% of the “three breakthroughs” tasks in the region respectively. We carefully studied the current economic situation in Liuzhou and formulated six major measures to accomplish “three breakthroughs” in a targeted manner.
