改革开放以后， 我国信托业得以恢复和发展， 对完善我国金融体系和市场经济的发展发挥了一定作用。但问题在于至今仍未走上规范化的道路。本文在全面分析我国信托业运作状况及运作不规范的原因的基础上， 提出了发展和规范我国信托业的具体思路。
After the reform and opening up, the recovery and development of China’s trust industry have played a certain role in improving the development of China’s financial system and market economy. But the problem is that it has not yet taken the path of standardization. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the operating conditions of our country’s trust industry and the reasons for its non-standard operation, this paper puts forward specific ideas for developing and standardizing China’s trust industry.
