自从2012年中国女子裁判员出现在伦敦奥运会女子篮球决赛的赛场上,女子篮球裁判员开始越来越多的受到关注。目前我国女子篮球裁判员的队伍建设还比较薄弱,因此,不断培养优秀的女子篮球裁判员势在必行。必须提供并依靠各方面的有利条件,增加女子裁判员执裁比赛的机会;多给女子裁判员学习培训的机会;在各级学校中选拔,并重点培养;有丰富经验的老裁判员也要甘当人梯;加强媒体的宣传,把培养优秀的女子篮球裁判员队伍落到实处。
