随着中国经济的发展,中国航空业也面临着巨大的发展前景。飞机制造商、租赁公司等等都对中国航空业的发展和机队的扩张做出了乐观的预测。为了满足航空运输业发展的融资需求,银监会颁布了新的金融租赁公司管理办法,准许商业银行进入融资租赁领域;中国银行收购了亚洲最大的飞机租赁公司——新加坡飞机租赁公司;《中华人民共和国融资租赁法》第二次征求意见稿已经修订完毕。中国租赁行业想抓住航空发展的机遇,打破国外租赁公司对中国市场的垄断,就必须推进租赁金融工具的发展。
