江苏省淮安市建淮乡党委发动全乡党员建立“一队五组”为人民服务的经验,希望引起各地党组织的高度重视。今年初,宋平同志在江苏视察时充分肯定了这个经验,要求认真总结和推广(见1月18日《人民日报》)。这个经验的可贵之处在于:一、党组织找到了经常的、固定的紧密联系当地群众的形式,党同群众的联系切实地加强了;二、通过这些形式,党组织和党员为群众出谋划策,排忧解难,真正办了一些实事,推动了当地生产的发展;三、通过这些活动,党内生活的内容丰富了,党员的表率作用发挥出来了,精神振奋了,团结加强了。其综合结果是充分发挥了基层党组织的核心领导作用。在推广“一队五组”经验时,希望特别注意采取适当的方式对党员进行政治思想教育,对党的理想、党的宗旨、党员标准和党员的义务和权利,要反复讲解,使每个党员都能将其深深印在心中,这样才可能使每个党员自觉自愿地参加“一队五组”活动而不感到勉强,主动地贡献自己的力量和智慧而不认为是一种负担,“一队五组”活动也才可能经常化和持久地坚持下去。“一队五组”只是建淮乡从当地情况出发采用的形式,各地学其精神,依本地实际情况,也可一队三组、四组或六组,不必照搬。

The role played by party members has been brought into play. The spirit has been revitalized and the unity has been strengthened. The overall result is that it has given full play to the core leadership of grass-roots party organizations. In popularizing the experience of “one team of five teams,” we hope that we will pay special attention to taking appropriate measures to educate party members on their ideology and ideology, their ideals, the party’s purposes, party members’ standards and the obligations and rights of Party members. We should make repeated explanations so that each Party members can deeply impress their minds so that each party member may voluntarily participate in the “one team of five groups” without feeling reluctant and willing to contribute its strength and wisdom without regard as a burden. “ One team of five ”activities can only be normalized and sustained perseverance. “A team of five groups” is only built Huai Xiang from the local situation in the form adopted, all around to learn its spirit, according to local conditions, but also a team of three, four or six groups, do not have to copy.
