建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务,是落实“十一五”规划,从根本上解决“三农”问题的重要战略措施,其反映在山区经济发展上,就是要因地制宜,合理规划,充分发挥山区资源优势,发展好山区特色经济。因此,以林州市任村镇为例,探讨当地在山区特色经济开发与新农村建设过程中的优势与不足,无疑具有十分重要的意义.

It is an important strategic measure for implementing the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” and fundamentally resolving the issue of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”, which is reflected in the economic development in the mountainous areas. Is to be local conditions, rational planning, give full play to advantages of mountain resources, development of mountain economy. Therefore, taking Rencun, Linzhou as an example, it is undoubtedly of great significance to explore the advantages and disadvantages of local special economic development in mountainous areas and the process of building new rural areas.
