介绍了一种径向-反向挤压工艺。运用Deform-3D有限元分析软件对7075铝合金筒形件径向-反向挤压成形过程进行了模拟,重点分析了成形过程中的变形力和金属流动规律。结果表明,径向-反向挤压工艺可以有效地降低载荷,挤压过程中的金属流速平缓,筒体底部等效应力降低。
A radial-reverse extrusion process is introduced. Deform-3D finite element analysis software was used to simulate the radial-reverse extrusion process of 7075 aluminum alloy cylindrical parts. The deformation force and metal flow during the forming process were analyzed emphatically. The results show that the radial - reverse extrusion process can effectively reduce the load, the metal flow velocity during extrusion is gentle, and the equivalent stress at the bottom of the cylinder is reduced.
