自從舉世属望的朝鮮停戰談判開始舉行以来,已經將近三个月了,但是由於美國方面無止境的阻撓和破壞,至今仍然亳無結果。 開城談判自八月二十三日起,因美方的空前野蠻、卑鄙、无恥的挑釁謀殺行為宣告中斷。到了九月以后,美方竟進一步破坏開城谈判,於九月一日及十日,继续做出了兩次(?)炸我方代表團住地及談判會場這樣的野蠻行為,而且一味抵赖说不是美軍所幹的。到了九月十一日,美方雖承認九月十日掃射談判会场附近滿月里地方的事件是美方空軍飛機所为,却仍然一味狡辯否認這次事件是美方所蓄意
