电厂自动发电控制(AGC)控制精度及负荷曲线执行准确度是影响电网频率及控制性能标准(CPS)考核成绩的重要因素。提出一种新型的直调电厂机组绩效评价体系,利用自动化的数据采集模块对中调直调电厂机组的运行情况进行科学的统计,并通过内部协调控制模式实现对机组AGC及负荷曲线执行情况的跟踪评价分析,从而实现对电厂的有效管理。基于此,结合广东电网的实际情况,提出了适用于广东电网采用的直调电厂机组绩效考评模式,实际应用证实了该模式的可行性。
The accuracy of AGC control and the execution accuracy of load curve are the important factors that affect the test results of grid frequency and control performance standard (CPS). A new type of direct transmission unit performance evaluation system is put forward. The automatic data acquisition module is used to make scientific statistics on the operation of the power plant in the middle-to-straight-set power plant. The implementation of the AGC and load curve is realized through the internal coordinated control mode Tracking evaluation analysis, in order to achieve the effective management of power plants. Based on this, combined with the actual situation of Guangdong Power Grid, this paper puts forward the unit performance evaluation model for direct power plant adopted by Guangdong Power Grid. The practical application proves the feasibility of this model.
