挤压超微粉碎刺梨果渣对糖尿病小鼠血糖及组织抗氧化活性的影响

采用小鼠尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶复制糖尿病小鼠模型,以试验组与对照组悬浮液分别灌胃给药,跟踪测定小鼠体重、眼球取血测定空腹血糖含量,以及心、肝、肾组织氧化水平相关指标。试验发现,与模型组相比,经14 d喂养,小鼠高、中、低剂量对照组和试验组体重均增长迅速(P<0.05),高、中剂量试验组体重增长水平与对照组相比有差异(P<0.05)。第7天与第14天,对照组和试验组血糖值均降低,与模型组差异显著(P<0.05),其中高剂量试验组效果最佳,血糖值比模型组降低了36.21%和59.98%(P<0.01),且试验组血糖降低水平大于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,通过测定各组小鼠心、肝、肾氧化指标表明,2种果渣均能明显升高T-AOC、SOD并降低MDA(P<0.01)。结果表明,挤压超微粉碎刺梨果渣与原料果渣对四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠有降低血糖的作用,其中挤压超微粉碎处理降糖作用较优。刺梨果渣能较好降血糖及改善氧化应激作用,有助于缓解糖尿病症状。 Alloxan-induced diabetic mice were injected into the tail vein of mice. At the same time, the oxidative indexes of heart, liver and kidney of mice in each group showed that both kinds of pomace could obviously increase T-AOC, SOD and reduce MDA (P <0.01). The results showed that squeezing crushed prickly pears pomace and raw material pomace on alloxan-induced diabetic mice have the effect of lowering blood glucose, of which squeezing superfine smash treatment is better than hypoglycemic. Prickly pear residue can better lower blood sugar and improve oxidative stress, help to alleviate the symptoms of diabetes.
