我受省土建学会施工学术委员会的委托就’92年第三次施工技术交流会以来,我省施工技术取得的新进步,综述如下: 改革开放以来,我省施工队伍有很大发展,据统计到1994年止,各类施工企业达1425家,从业人员达90多万人,1993年完成产值达234亿元,比1992年增长60％,高于全国平均水平,为全国第七位,在全国不少省市施工企业亏损的情况下,我省施工企业还实现税利12.4亿元,产值的税率居全国第五位,这反映了这几年来,省施工企业又有新的发展,且有较好的经济效益与社会效益,是我省国民经济建设中的一支支柱力量。这主要是靠改革开放,靠整个国民经济的发展带动建筑业的发展,也是各级领导和各施工企业职工努力的结果。同时,也是与施工技术进步分不开的。自1992年以来,我省施工技术又取得新的进步。

This is mainly due to reform and opening up, relying on the development of the entire national economy to drive the development of the construction industry. It is also the result of the efforts made by the leaders of various levels and the construction workers. At the same time, it is also inseparable from the progress of construction technology. Since 1992, construction technology in our province has made new progress.
