民营文化企业对文化产业的发展起到了重要的推动作用,与国有文化企业相比,它经营更加灵活,市场灵敏度更高,潜力大、后劲足。但由于观念、体制和政策等方面的制约,山东民营文化企业的发展相对缓慢。本文立足山东实际,梳理民营文化企业的发展现状和特点,深刻分析制约山东民营文化企业的问题,提出加快山东民营文化企业的对策。
Private cultural enterprises have played an important role in promoting the development of the cultural industry. Compared with the state-owned cultural enterprises, the privately-run cultural enterprises are more flexible in management, have higher market sensitivity, have great potential and have enough stamina. However, because of the restriction of concept, system and policy, the development of private cultural enterprises in Shandong is relatively slow. Based on the reality of Shandong Province, this paper sorts out the status quo and characteristics of private cultural enterprises, analyzes and restricts the problems of private cultural enterprises in Shandong, and puts forward the countermeasures to speed up the private cultural enterprises in Shandong.
