往复水泵的瓦拉片(阀片),多年来都是使用铜料制造的。为了节约铜,我们在最近两年中进行了一些试验和摸索,用汽车废旧轮胎做瓦拉片效果较好,并且具有易于加工、耐磨、成本低等优点。现介绍如下,供作参考。 1.将废轮胎用剷形刀(修鞋用的)划成长条,宽度可大于成品2～5毫米。 2.用下料刀(见图1)下料。钻床转速2～4转/分,以水冷却。 3.中间用火烙法烫出直径10毫米的孔。 4.将烫好孔的坯料夹在车床上,车出斜面(圆锥),使用车橡皮的车刀如图2,刀具材料是
