据《中国劳动保障报》报道,河南省医疗保险制度改革工作,近日又有新进展。到10月中旬为止,该省18个地市已全部拿出实施方案,116个县中111个县已拿出方案或进八方案论证阶段。新密市等4个医改试点地区从8月份起陆续启动后,年内还有部分地区加入实施行列。其它地区医改方案将明年1月起陆续实施,目前各项工作已进入倒计时。主管医改工作的河南省劳动厅副厅长王流章介绍说,今年以来,特别是全国海南医改工作会议后,省委、省政府领导高度重视,省劳动厅全力以赴,在有关部门密切配合下,抽调有关专业人员组成强有力的工作班子,进行全省医改总体规划的测算、调研和制订等工作。5月份省医改实施意见正式出台,是全国出台方案较早的省份之一。与此同时,省医改办加强对市地医改工作的督促指导,通过多次召开
