各区、县人民政府,市府直属各单位:根据交通部《关于整顿治理道路、水路运输市场的决定》(交政法字[1989]89号)、省人民政府《关于整顿治理道路、水路运输市场的通知》(粵府[1989]122号)以及交通部和省人民政府召开的全国和全省道路、水路运输市场整顿治理工作会议精神,结合我市运输市场的实际情况,决定用三年时间(从一九八九年计起)对全市道路、水路运输市场进行全面整顿治理。特通知如下:
According to the “Decision on Rectifying the Governance Roads and Waterway Transport Market” (No. 89 [1989] of the Ministry of Communications of the Ministry of Communications), the provincial people’s government on the rectification of governance roads and waterway transportation market (Decree No. 129 [1989] of the State Council) and the spirit of the national and provincial meeting on rectifying and harnessing the roads and water transport markets held by the Ministry of Communications and the Provincial People’s Government. In light of the actual situation of the transportation market in our city, it was decided to use three years (Counting from 1989) comprehensively rectify and control the entire city’s road and waterway transportation markets.
