我叫黄美云,前年下岗后,看到别人卖五香熏鱼很赚钱,也动了心思。有些人不是用些质量不好的鱼,就是随意减省一些必要而消费者看不出的工序,还在秤杆上作文章,短斤少两,任意坑害顾客。我做熏鱼时,用的都是精挑细选的好鱼,那些来路不正的原料,我一两一钱也不买,白送都不要;在制做时,我严格按照操作规程办。有人说我这样做肯定要吃亏,我当时想:吃点亏就吃点亏吧,虽然赚得少,但心里安稳,能睡得着觉。
