用阳离子化牛血清白蛋白复制家兔膜性肾小球肾炎及慢性肾功能衰竭的动物模型，选用肾炎益气液进行实验性治疗。结果显示，治疗组尿蛋白和血肌酐明显低于病理组。光镜图像立体学定量分析结果显示，治疗组肾小球平均直径、平均周长、平均表面积、平均体积、平均截面积均小于病理组，肾小球细胞增生数目及毛细血管壁增厚程度皆轻于病理组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果提示，肾炎益气液可减轻肾小球病变，改善肾功能。
Using cationic bovine serum albumin rabbit model of membranous glomerulonephritis and chronic renal failure animal model, the experimental treatment of nephritis Yiqi solution.
