教育是民族之本,小学是学生学习启蒙的阶段,也是小学生各方面能力和素质培养的奠基时期。小学校长是小学的最高领导,校长的管理能力和管理水平,对学校日程工作的运转以及小学生日后的发展有着至关重要的影响。研究发现,我国小学校长的管理能力普遍欠缺,其宏观管理能力尤为不足。本文对宏观管理能力视角下的小学校长管理展开探究。
Education is the foundation of the nation. Primary school is the stage of enlightenment for primary school students and also the foundation stage of primary school students’ ability and quality training in all aspects. Primary school principals are the top leaders in primary schools. The management skills and management skills of school heads are crucial to the operation of school schedules and the future development of primary school children. The study found that the management ability of primary school principals in our country is generally lacking, and its macro-management ability is especially inadequate. This article explores the management of primary school principals under the perspective of macro-management capabilities.
