随着金融市场化和国际化的推进,我国金融法制建设滞后的现象较为突出,这对基层人民银行履行央行职责造成了一定的影响。加快金融法制建设,已成为当前需要解决的突出问题。
With the marketization of finance and the promotion of internationalization, the phenomenon of lagging behind in the construction of China’s financial legal system is prominent. This has exerted a certain influence on the fulfillment of the duties of the central bank by the grassroots PBOC. Quickening the construction of financial legal system has become a prominent issue that needs to be resolved at present.
