要建设法制社会就需要实现社会治理法治化。社会治理法治化是一项艰巨、长期的系统工程,甚至需要两代人、三代人才能完成这一战略目标。要建设法治社会需要五大支柱:提高全民法律意识和法治观念;健全和完善社会法律体系;打造法治政府;建立行之有效的法治监督机制和提供充分必要的法治资源。
To build a legal society, we need to realize the rule of law in social governance. The legalization of social governance is a difficult and long-term systematic project. It even takes two generations and three generations to accomplish this strategic goal. To build a society ruled by law requires five pillars: to raise the awareness of the entire legal system and the concept of the rule of law; to improve and perfect the social legal system; to create a government ruled by law; to establish an effective monitoring mechanism for the rule of law and provide the necessary and sufficient resources for the rule of law.
