我国19地区农村在1981～1989年脑卒中(CVD)的年均发病率102.14/10万,全国人口标化率(全国率)92.67/1O万,国际人口标化率(国际率)153.27/10万.年均死亡率77.02/10万,全国率68.46/10万,国际率118.11/10万.六年来两率呈下降趋势,年均下降(国际率)分别为11.92/10万和6.4/10万.在地理分布上,江北的两率均高于江南.气候多变的1.7,10月是高发病月份.病死期在一周内者占总死亡的54.19%.
