随着治疗技术的进步和治疗手段的改善,乳腺癌的治疗已从初始的单纯手术治疗进入到手术、化疗、内分泌、靶向、免疫等多种治疗手段综合应用的时代,也进入了乳腺科、肿瘤科、普外科、整形科、麻醉科、病理科、影像科等明确分工、精细合作的多学科合作时代。无论患者还是临床医生,在面对乳腺癌时,都应该认真思考“3W”问题,即是否(Whether)、何时(When)、何种(What)手术。为此,我们筛选了临床上十个热点问题,回顾相关循证医学数据,结合理念和实践,供大家思考讨论。

Both patients and clinicians should think carefully about the “3W” problems in the face of breast cancer, namely Whether, When and What. To this end, we have screened ten clinical hot issues, reviewing relevant evidence-based medical data, combining ideas and practices for discussion and discussion.
